Opening & Closing Films
This year, TICFF’s opening and closing films reflect our annual theme of “diversified thinking and boundless creativity”. The opening film Friends or Foes? is an open story that invites children to contribute their ideas in creating the best endings. And the closing film A Horse on the Balcony unfolds the adventure of a boy trying to save his beloved horse with his unique reasoning ability.
