Advanced Tickets:
NT $50 per ticket; available from every 7-11 ibon ticketing station. Sale starts from 12:30 pm on Wednesday, March 12th, 2014 and ends on Sunday, April 6th. (ibon ticketing can be purchased up to 60 minutes prior to showtime. After that, tickets are only available at the door of the screening venue, subject to availability.)
Grand Opening Ticket Pack:
NT $300 per 6-ticket pack, with a limited availability of 500 packs. Maximum purchase of 5 packs per person. Free TICFF handbag and two free tickets for Opening Creative Workshop come with any purchase of 3 packs or more.
Sale period: From 14:00 pm on Sunday March 9th onlyRedemption: From 14:00 pm on Sunday March 9th through ibon ticketing station; also at the TICFF service kiosk at the screening venue during the festival. Free seating for all shows. (Due to the limited number of seats, early redemption is recommended to avoid disappointment.)
Tickets at the door:

Refund of single tickets is permissible at least one day before the intended showtime. For refund prior to March 27th, please contact our service hotline (02) 2630-1152. Changes or cancellation of any showing by reason of any force majeure event will be made based on the announcement by Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. TICFF will also update showing information on the official website. No refund or exchange is permissible otherwise. |
