Q : When/where is TICFF?
A:The 6th Taiwan International Children Film Festival (TICFF) will be held from 2014 March 27th to April 6th at Vieshow Cinemas Taipei – Hsinyi Branch. Nearly one hundred splendid child films around the world will be showcased at the TICFF. The filmmakers from nearly half of the films will attend a post screening discussion to meet Taiwanese audiences.
Q:Where to buy the tickets?
A:re-Sale Fair starts on 3/9(Sun) at Viewshow Cinemas Taipei–Hsinyi. From 3/12(Wed), tickets can be bought through 7-11 ibon.

Q:How much does it cost?
A:Ticket-holder admitted only, including babies. Please consider the height of the seats for children before entry to avoid children who are too short to see the whole screen.

Q:Are standing tickets available?
A:NO. In case of fire, standing-room-only tickets are NOT permitted. Seats are limited, so please buy tickets earlier. Sold out screenings will be updated on the TICFF official Website. If you’d like to buy ticket(s) at the door, please check the TICFF official Website in advance.
Q: Is it assigned seating this year?
A:For your convenience, seats are available on a “first-come, first-serve” basis as previous years. Seats are limited so please order ticket(s) as early as possible. Popular screenings maybe sold out quickly. You will have the chance to win a ticket to the opening screening if you purchase ticket(s) during the 3/9 Opening Sale.
Q:How to refund/exchange tickets?
A: Refund of ticket packs is permissible prior to Wednesday March 26th and only in its original pack, including exchanged but unused tickets and free gifts. All refunds are subject to a service fee of 10% the original sale. For detailed information, please call our service hotline (02) 2630-1152
Refund of single tickets is permissible at least one day before the intended showtime. For refund prior to March 27th, please contact our service hotline (02) 2630-1152. During the festival, refund can be processed at the TICFF service kiosk. All refunds are subject to a service fee of 10% the original sale.
Q:How to get the TICFF souvenirs?
A: Audiences can collect ONE TICFF Reward Point after each screening. There are various cute but limited souvenirs at the information desk available for redemption with THREE Reward Point and above. Please find the details in the “Souvenirs” page under the “Tickets” page of the Website.
Q:Can I enter mid-screening?
A:To show our respect to the audiences, latecomers will NOT be admitted to the screening up to 20 minutes after the film begins, and the ticket will be regarded as void. Please schedule your time appropriately and don’t be late to the screening. Do not spoil your time and money.
Q:What kind of food is admitted?
A:Please comply with the regulations of Vieshow Cinemas. Spicy food, hot food, and alcohol are NOT permitted. Please follow the

Q:Facilities for the disabled?
A:There are toilets for the disabled and elevators with a voice system, Braille code, and sub-control panel. There is room for wheel chairs in the venue for the disabled audiences’ convenience.
Q:Advised screening manners.
A:To show our respect to the audiences, please set your phone to silent or vibrate and keep quiet during the film. If necessary, please keep your voice as low as possible. To show our respect to the filmmakers and film crew, please leave after the end credits have run, if not in a hurry. The filmmakers and film crew will appreciate your kindness. |
