Nominees of competition categories at 2016 TICFF!
2016 Taiwan International Children’s Film Festival will be taking place from 31st March to April 7, 2016. More than 80 outstanding films will be screened, including Special Programs and Nominees of competition films.

Submissions are now closed for 2016 TICFF.
More than 1899 quality productions from 101 countries worldwide are submitted for competition.

　Submissions are now closed for 2016 Taiwan International Children’s Film Festival. Now in its 7th edition, TICFF has received more than 1899 quality productions from 101 countries worldwide for competition, with. 92 percent of the films from overseas and 60 percent of them from Europe. It is also worth mentioning that many of the films have already won prizes or were officially selected at other renowned international festivals such as Annecy International Animated Film Festival, Chicago International Children's Film Festival, Cinekid Festival-Special Mention and nominations for Oscars.

　Nominees of competition categories will be announced on the Festival website on December 28th, 2015. Experienced filmmakers, experts on eduction, and animation producers from Taiwan are invited to serve as the jurors to select shortlisted films in the preliminary round. Two international jurors will then join them in the public screenings, and all together they will select one winner for each category. Winner list will be announced on the Festival website as soon as it comes out.

2016 Taiwan International Children's Film Festival is calling for entries!
You could win your share of USD28,000 in prizes!

　Held once every two years, the festival brings both young children and adults to enjoy excellent works created by fillmmakers around the globe in this international exhibition, which will take place in April 2016 in Taipei. PTS, the organizer of this event, is now signing up entries for this tremendous series of showings, attracting the most talented filmmakers from around the world with a total prize of USD 28,000. Any film completed after August 2013 and suitable for viewers 12 years old and younger is eligible, so get your latest works in the running!

　This year’s festival features entries in categories like “Best Dramatic Feature ”, “Best Dramatic Short” , “Best Animation” , “Best Television Program” and “Taiwan Award,” which is intended to encourage film and TV program makers in Taiwan to produce more and better works for children.

　The festival will be open for entries until October 31, 2015. Please fill out your entry forms and send your materials to us right away. For
