- Please purchase your ticket before it’s sold out. Additional items will be offered for sale only in the event of a refund or cancellation. No ticket is reserved for sale at the venue.
- Please print out your online ticket at 7-ELEVEN for admission to screening. Ticket pick-up is not available at the venue.
- Admission to the screening is strictly upon presentation of the ticket. TICFF will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or smearing of tickets.
- Each ticket admits one person only. Same policy applies to infants and children. Parents should consider that their child’s view of the screen may be obstructed due to seat height PRIOR to entering the theater.
- Ticket holders are requested to be seated according to the seat number printed on their tickets. Seat changing without permission is prohibited.
- Latecomers will NOT be admitted into the program beyond the first 20 minutes of the film, and their tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Tickets to each screening are available at
only until one hour before it starts. After that, they canbe purchased in the venues.
- Ticketing at venue: Available 30 minutes before the first screening of the day till 10 minutes after the last screening begins.
- Refund or exchange of an individual ticket shall be made no later than one day before the screening. Ahandling fee of 10% per ticket will be charged.

- Change of tickets will be processed as “refund”. Please see the above for the process.
- In case of emergency evacuation, the audience members cannot stand or sit in the isles or other non-seating areas during the screening.
- During the screening, photography, audio and video recording, or any other acts of copyright violation are strictly prohibited.
- In the event of natural disasters or force majeure, screenings may be cancelled. The Festival reserves all rights to change the program schedule due to unexpected occurrences. Latest updates will be announced on the website.
