Tickets may be purchased from ibon ticketing stations up to 60 minutes BEFORE intended session showtime or TICFF service kiosk up to 10 minutes AFTER intended session showtime

Admission by ticket only (one person per ticket, including babies, infants and children). Parents should consider the possibility that their child’s view of the screen may be obstructed due to seat height PRIOR to entering the theater. |

Free seating for all sessions, no reserved seating. |

Disability concession tickets available only to physically or mentally disabled nationals (disability manual must be presented) and ONE companion who must enter the theater at the same time. Patrons who require disability concession tickets are advised to contact the service hotline: 0988-465-638. |

Ticket sales at the screening venue will open 60 minutes before the first session showtime of the day and close 10 minutes after the last session showtime of the day. |

No admission is allowed 20 minutes after the film commences in order to preserve the viewing experience of other patrons. (Tickets will be regarded as void and no refunds or exchanges will be permissible) |

Refund of ticket packs (whole pack only) is permissible before 30 March 2016 (Wed) via the service hotline: 0988-465-638; refund of single tickets is permissible up to the day before the intended session via the TICFF service kiosk at the screening venue. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee. |

“Changing” tickets means “cancelling” tickets. If you wish to change sessions, please follow point 6 in Terms & Conditions. |

For users of ibon ticketing stations, please carefully review your order prior to purchase as no refund or exchange is possible via the ibon system after payment processing. |

Changes or cancellation of any session by reason of a force majeure event will be made in accordance with the public announcement of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. TICFF will also update the relevant information on its official website as soon as practicable. (No refund or exchange is permissible if screening proceeds as scheduled) |
