City boy Jacob dreams of becoming an architect, just like his dad. When dad needs to go on a business trip, Jacob has to spend a week with his bossy cousin Mimmi who lives in a historical suburb. When the cousins discover the local park is about to be torn down for a skyscrpaer, they decide to stop the plan, with help from some unexpected friends... a pack of talking dogs!
