David KLEEMAN is a strategist, analyst, author, speaker and connector who has led the children’s media industry in developing sustainable, kid-friendly solutions for more than 35 years. He began this work as president of the American Center for Children and Media and is now Senior Vice President of Global Trends for Dubit. A strategy/research consultancy and digital studio based in Leeds, England.
Chih-Tsai CHEN
Chih-Tsai Chen is the Attending Physician of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Taoyuan Psychiatric Center. She is also Chairman of Taiwanese Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, a supervisor of Music Therapy Association of Taiwan, and a director of Taiwan Art Therapy Association. She was the member of the Advisory Committee for Children and Adolescents’ Program at Public Television Service Foundation, Taiwan, and an editorial board member of a medical periodical. She is passionate about art and literature. She also writes books and screenplays for children.
Wei-Hsin HUANG
Professor Wei-Hsin HUANG received her Master of Arts degree from the Department of Theater Arts of Ohio University in 1991, has been engaging in the theater teaching and creative works for more than twenty years. Now she is both the Director of the Theater Arts Department and the President of the Graduate school of the Department, also a full-time Professor of the Chinese Culture University. Her works in Theater Directing have accumulated more than 30 stage shows. In addition, she published 8 theater-related books.
I-Hsuan SU
I-Hsuan was graduated from Department of Microbiology at Soochow University (Taipei). Afterwards, she enrolled in CLCF in Paris, majored in directing. Her creation was affected by European film and she tried to pay close attention on characters’ sentiments in most of her films. Her first 90 mins feature film “Where The Sun Doesn’t Shine” won the Golden Bell Award for Best Television Film, Best Leading Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film, and Best Newcomer in a Miniseries or Television Film, and was showcased in 2019 International Public Television Screening Conference (INPUT).
Ken-Yu WANG
Angelika is a senior festival organizer and producer as well as a documentary filmmaker. She first worked at the theater then the film industry with many famous Taiwanese directors. Over the last decade she has been a distinguished programmer to many film festivals, including Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival, Taiwan International Documentary Festival, and Taiwan International Children’s Film Festival.

Pin LENG
Pin is the Secretary General at Fubon Cultural & Educational Foundation, a foundation dedicated to adolescent empowerment. She partnered with government agencies, volunteers, and representatives of non-profit sector to promote administrative programs that empower education community and address adolescents’ issues in education. In recent years, she establishes the first film education curriculum, Rolling Film School Program, which introduces structured and innovative methodology and toolkit; empowered educators to develop students’ critical thinking, self- expression, art aesthetics and international outlook through film appreciation. Piloted in 50 high schools in Taiwan.
Yen-Jung CHANG
CHANG Yen-jung is a Taiwanese animated film director and theorist. He studied inthe School of Film and Animation in Rochester Institute of Technology, USA. Aftergraduation, he worked as an animator in Buffalo and Los Angeles. In 2006, CHANGreceived a scholarship from the Ministry of Education in Taiwan to do a PhD degreein the School of Creative Media, RMIT University, Australia. He obtained his PhD in2009 and came back to Taiwan to teach at university. As a director, CHANG has madefour animated short films. Moreover, he is a researcher focusing on animationtheories and practices. Currently, CHANG teaches in the Department of Graphic Artsand Communications at the National Taiwan Normal University.
Su-Chen HUNG
Li-Wei is the animation film director of Studio2 Animation Lab and the assistant professor of Tainan National University of the Arts in Taiwan. He has produced and designed many animated films and won numerous awards, including 2011 China International Cartoon & Animation Festival, 2012 Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival/Special Jury Award, 2010& 2012& 2015 Golden Bell Awards /Best Animation Program, and his films have been included in competitions at animation festivals in Spain, France, and Germany. In addition to his achievement in animation, Li-Wei’s image installation arts are exhibited in National Art Museum Of China in Beijing and Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts in New York.
Ryan CHENG
Ryan is a Film Critic, Film Festival Programmer and Lecturer. He was the programmer of Kaohsiung Film Festival from 2013-2017. Ryan’s works have been featured in numerous media outlets. He runs a film blog and is the author of The Love and Death of Taiwan Cinema (2010), She killed the Era: Revisiting the Japanese New Wave (2017) and Taiwan Cinema in Transition: In Search of True Taiwan Spirit (2019).
Je-Yi AN
Je-Yi is a Taiwanese director, writer and producer. He got his MFA degree in Film and Video production at California Institute of the Arts. His works, including drama, documentaries and video arts, have been awarded in various film festivals. BOYS CAN FLY, the TV series he directed, won the Best TV Series and Best Script in 2014 Golden Bell Award. Q Series, which he produced in 2016, innovated a new era of Taiwan TV drama, and two of its mini-series won the Best TV Series of Golden Bell Award in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Je-Yi is now also the secretary-general of Taiwan Original Filmmakers Union (TOFU), and he teaches in universities.
Yae-Wei WANG
Yae-Wei Wang was the head of Programming Department in Public Television(PTS) for 8 years, has directed and produced documentary projects over 10 years, he taught idea development, directing, and advanced production of program production and documentary filmmaking at different Universities, Now Assistant Professor, Communication College, National Chengchi University , he also translated and published books of documentary scholar Richard M. Barsam and M. Rabiger to the readers widespread in China ,Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Yun An CHEN (Ann)
Ann is an experienced producer in both children’s TV programs and children’s theater. She has worked in children’s TV programs as a host, script writer, and producer. In late 80s Ann shifted her course to children’s theater and established Shiny Shoes Children’s Theater. Along with several renowned children’s theaters in Taiwan, she initiated the establishment of Taipei Children’s Theater Association in 1997. Ann published several books on pre-school theater education as well as award-winning scripts. She is the Director of Healthy Grow Foundation and the Artistic Director of Shiny Shoes Children’s Theater.
