Simon Staffans任職芬蘭製作公司ReThink NMS執行長，同時也擔任瑞典公共電視的製作人。
在業界擁有超過30年經驗的他，曾涉略廣播和報業、紀錄片、娛樂性電視節目及VR等領域，致力於結合創新科技與當代觀眾的視聽習性。
近年來，Simon大幅增加於作品中使用生成式AI的頻率，除了在北歐廣受好評的作品《F19 – 飛行王牌與雙重間諜》中使用AI來提升畫面品質外，更在慕尼黑兒少影展決賽入圍作品《聖誕奇蹟》中，使用AI作為創作的主要工具。
Simon Staffans is the CEO of Finnish production company ReThink NMS and producer at Swedish SVT. He has over 30 years of experience of all areas of the media industry, ranging from radio and newspaper journalism to documentaries, entertainment TV-formats as well as 360 and VR experiences. A special area of interest has always been new technologies, new audience habits and the best ways to combine the two.
Over the past two years Simon’s increasingly been applying generative AI in productions, for instance enhancing the quality of the pan-Nordic success series ”F19 – Flying Aces and Double Agents” as well as incorporating it as a key element of the childrens' series and Prix Jeunesse 2024 finalist ”The Christmas Miracle”
