INPUT 2006 Updates: Meet World's Top Program Makers
 

Dear colleagues,

INPUT ( the INternational PUblic Television Screening Conference) is going to be in Taipei from May 7 to 12 , 2006 and we hope you'll be able to join us here.

If you've attended INPUT before, then you know how stimulating it is to be able to view a wide range of programs from all over the world and to discuss them with their makers and with other delegates - all in a relaxed and warm atmosphere, but one where controversy and debate are positively encouraged. What's INPUT?
 

Founded in 1978, INPUT is the only international conference that focuses specifically on the innovative programs produced by public broadcasters. Each year there are more than one thousand public and independent televison professionals from 40 countries of the six continents to attend this annual weeklong television showcase where the rules of broadcasting are challenged and redefined. The purpose of INPUT is to promote the role of public service television as a driving force within the dynamics of the society; to help television professionals in accomplishing their social, cultural and educative mission and to promote among them a broad range of creativity, shared experience and information on all aspects of television.
